About Us
Representing Senior Staff Since 1994
The Professional and Management Staff Union (PMSU) was established to champion the rights of senior professionals, ensuring fair wages, benefits, and working conditions. With decades of dedicated advocacy, we have been a trusted voice for our members, providing guidance, representation, and support in all workplace matters.
PMSU exists to provide a strong and united voice for professional and managerial staff, ensuring that members are well represented in matters relating to workplace conditions, career progression, fairness, and institutional development.
We believe that a motivated and protected workforce is essential for productivity and sustainable growth. As such, PMSU works closely with management and relevant stakeholders to encourage constructive dialogue, mutual respect, and progressive labour relations.
